The National President: Selected from the general population, must be over the age of 35, voted in by the general public, for a 4 year term, max. 2 terms.
The Vice President: appointed by the Presidential candidate, holds office with the same term limits as President.

The National Senate: 2 Senators from each State, must be over the age of 30, selected from the general population, voted in by the general public, for a 6 year term max. 2 terms. 1/3 of the Senate voted in every 3 years.

The National House of Representatives: 3 Representatives are appointed from each religious sect that has a population over 380,000, and that an additional 1 Representative is appointed when the population of that certaint religious sect gains an additional 380,000 people. The possible representative appointee must be over the age of 25, and hold no office or title in any religious capacity, and will be appointed by an elder clergy council of that particular religious sect, selected from the general population, voted in by the general public, for a 6 year term, max. 2 terms. 1/3 of the House voted in every 3 years.

The Judicial Branch of Government: Judges are appointed by the Chief Executive Officer of that particluar level of government, confirmed by a popular voted of the Senate committe, after being investigated by the House Reps. Judges to hold life long terms during times of good behavior.
