The Dual Ideology Doctrine
of;
The Equality Party,
The King of Women, puts forthe the proposition, through this decree, on this 29, day, in this month of April, Anno Domoni, two thousand, and two, which states;
The Primary Ideology of The Equality Party, shall be for the Emancipation of Women, and all the Racial Issues are to be of secondary in nature, while the Host Gov't. of the particular country is still predominately male, and that during the pre-social reform era of the Host Gov't. the different Racial Movements will agree to support the Emancipation of Women, without voicing their specific Racial Issue. The Racial Movements are encouraged to join and support The Equality Party, as long as the Racial Movements agree to abide by this Dual Ideology Doctrine, and that all Racial Issues will be properly addressed, hence forthe without delay, in The 50% Female Gov't. era of the particular Nation.
The Secondary Ideology of The Equality Party, is for the equality of the different races, and that once the social reform of the Host Gov't. has occurred, then the primary ideology of The Eqaulity Party, the Emancipation of Women, will no longer be the focal point of this political party, and the focal point will then be the equal representation of the different ethnic races within the 50% Female Gov't.. Once the 50% Female Gov't. is implemented, The Equality Party is to adopt the secondary part of this Dual Ideology Doctrine, and be operating solely on the basis of Racial Equality. The Equality Party shall then become a social movement to alter the lower house of The 50% Female Gov't. to change the Congressional Districts of the particular Nation, to reflect the different ethnic groups, through representation of a region, based on population.
In this Dual Ideology Doctrine, it is to be made aware that The Equality Party is based on a strong 50% Female Military, and on strong Labor Unions. The underlining main principle of The Equality Party, is the protection of the minor child, for that; the future of any species, is based on the correct rearing and protection of the offspring. A Nation's future, is only as strong as its children, and any Nation who's children goes by way of the gun, so will its future.
Amendment I,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confederacy, nothing shall be construed in this Doctrine shall imply that; The Equality Party, become a religious cult, and that strict adherence to the Separation of Church and State Clause, of the Constitution of the Confederacy, in Article I, shall be imposed.
Amendment II,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confederacy, nothing shall be construed in this Doctrine shall imply that; The Equality Party, become a fascist regime, and that strict adherence to the Principles of a Democracy Clause, in which the citizens of a Nation are elected into Office through a popular vote, as outlined in the Constitution for the Confederacy, in Article I, shall be imposed.
Amendment III,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confederacy, The King of Women, does hereby establish; "The Global Operations Office", towit, that will overesee all acquistions of new territories, to the Confederacy.
