The Eminent Domain Doctrine,
of;
The 50% Female Gov't.,
The King of Women, puts forthe the proposition, through this decree, on this 27th day, in this month of March, two thousand and two, Anno Domoni, that states;
Where ever a female may find herself, may it be in a village, in a town, or in a large city, in this Nation or any other Nation of this Planet Earth, and other Planets through out the universe, that the female, and her sisterhood inherently possess the enalienable right of equality to her male counter part, and no matter how oppressed the female condition may be, whether through financial plight, psychological of physical abuse, the inherent right, or enalienable right, of equality endowed by our Creator shall begin, and be based on the single female's rights, in which shall reverbrate through out the sisterhood. The Eminent Domain Doctrine for the entire female species, starts in the mind of a single female, and the strength of this Doctrine, is equal to the strength of the single female mind.
It is hereby declared in this Eminent Domain Doctrine that; when a single female should become enlightened with the ideology of equal representation of government, then the soil beneath her feets then becomes a new territory of the Confederacy, the single female becomes a Confederate, and full support shall be felt by the single female from the Confederacy, through both financial and emotional support.
Thus, the sisterhood of; a village, a town, a large city, or country, may begin to organize a political party, to full represent the ideology of the 50% Female Gov't. for the species, through equal representation in the decision making process of both National and State Governments, and that; the male species has no right or cannot infringe upon the female's enalienable right of equality through equal representation. In which the sisterhood of one Nation, shall be fully authorized thrugh this Eminent Domain Doctrine to enlighten the sisterhood of other Nations, on this Planet Earth, until all Nations on the Planet have installed the 50% Female Gov't., and that this enlightenment is the enalienable right that is inherent in the sisterhood, by the meer fact that; the female species compromises about 50% of the population of every Nation on this Planet Earth.
In Closing; It is to be said; that no matter where in the Universe that the female species may find herself, that she and her sisterhood, inherently contain the enalienable right of equality to her male counter part, and that this Eminent Domain Doctrine, although put forthe by a Homo Sapene Male, is directed to all female species through out the Universe, and is not the soul ownership of the Homo Sapien Female.
Amendment I,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confederacy, nothing shall be construed in this Doctrine shall imply that; The 50% Female Gov't., become a religous cult and that strict adherence to the Separation of Church and State Clause, in the Constitution of the Confederacy, in Article I, shall be imposed.
Amendment II,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confedracy, nothing shall be construed in this Doctrine shall imply that; The 50% Female Gov't., become a fascist regime, and that strict adherence to the Principles of a Democracy, in which citizens of the several Nations are elected into Office through a popular vote, as outlined in the Constitution to the Confederacy, in Article I, shall be imposed.
Amendment III,
With the Issuance and Adoption of this Article to the Confederacy, The King of Women, does hereby establish, "The Global Operations Office", towit; that will oversee all acquistions of new territories, to the Confederacy.
